Shipping Times & Costs
Delivery Times:
Delivery time is 3 days in Germany and 10 days in the rest of Europe. Please
be aware that bank transfers within the EU may take up to 7 days to come through.
All Products are fully stocked and will usually be shipped one working day after
the items have been paid for. Exceptions are shipments that inlude live
worms. Those we usually mail on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid
long transport times over the weekend. We reserve the right to delay shipment
of live worms for up to 14 days because of temperatures of above 25°C or
below 3°C.

There is an additional charge per package of €19,00 for Swiss customs!

Shipping to Turkey is only possible using DHL Premium or UPS . We can not take responsibility for shipments into Turkey. Shipment using DHL Premium takes between 3-9 working days and costs 41,50€ for 1000 compost worms. For different delivery please contact us.

We use DHL
and DPD as Shipping Courier. Please be
aware that Transport costes are more than just the stamps. Packaging materials, cartons and labour are part of teh cost. We try to use as
much recycled material as possible.
We use Carbon Offsetting to cancel the effect of the CO2
released in the transport of our poducts. That means we plant or let plant 5
trees a year.

Due to the high costs and delays we do not offer Cash on demand.
