Delivery Times:
Delivery time is 3 days in Germany and 10 days in the rest of Europe. Please be aware that bank transfers within the EU may take up to 7 days to come through.
All Products are fully stocked and will usually be shipped one working day after the items have been paid for. Exceptions are shipments that inlude live worms. Those we usually only mail on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid long transport times over the weekend. We reserve the right to delay shipment of live worms for up to 7 days because of temperatures of above 25°C or below 3°C.

We use DHL and GLS as Shipping Courier. Please be aware that Transport costes are more than just the stamps. We try to use as much recycled material as possible.

We use Carbon Offsetting to cancel the effect of the CO² released in the transport of our poducts. That means we plant or let plant 5 Trees a year. We are always interested in more ideas on how to reduce our ecological footprint.
